Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind every fixture we make. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

Standard Returns — Orders Under $4,000
We accept returns within 45 days of receipt for a full 100% refund. No restocking fee.

Returns — Orders $4,000–$5,999
A 15% restocking fee applies. Because our fixtures are custom built to your specifications, we’re unable to simply re-inventory and resell them. If you’re ordering at this level for the first time, we recommend requesting a sample first to confirm you’re happy with the quality and finish before committing to a larger order.

Returns — Orders $6,000 and Above
We are unable to accept returns on orders of $6,000 or more. Please reach out before placing a large order if you have any questions — we’re happy to help you choose the right fixture, size, and finish with confidence.

Custom Orders
We do not accept returns on custom orders. Please note: selecting wood color, glass color, and hanging height on our website does not qualify as a custom order — those are standard configuration options available on all products.
