Returns and Exchanges

Return policy: 45 day return policy from the time the item is received with a 100% refund.

Return policy for orders above $5,000: A restocking fee of 15% will apply. We recommend ordering a sample first to make sure you like the product and the quality. The reason for the restocking fee is our products are customized for you, and we can't simply re-inventory the piece and sell it at a later date.

Return policy for orders above $6,000: We do not accept returns on order above $6000.

Return policy for custom orders:  We do not except returns for custom orders.  Customizing wood, glass and hanging height on the website does NOT qualify as a custom order.

Exchanges: The same rules apply for exchanges as returns.
