In 1900, our great grandfather began building mission style homes and cabinets in Wisconsin for the local townspeople. He was known for such excellent work that before long, a reputation for building homes of great quality soon followed. He passed this tradition down through his family's generations; a heritage that became the foundation for what was to come. In 1991, our family developed and began Mission Studio where they have continued to build their vision of making handcrafted, mission style furniture into a dedicated business. Passion, persistence, and integrity are the ingredients fueling that vision, and have made Mission Studio what it is today. Throughout the 1990's, Mission Studio primarily sold their hand-made furniture and lamps within California. With the increase in demand, however, they have extended their reach nationally. The skilled artisans of Mission Studio still continue to create each mission piece by hand, with such care and attention to detail. After a decade in business, their staff has expanded to 10 craftspeople, each of which dedicate their skills to create the most beautiful and highest quality mission furniture available.
